Discover the Junior Elementary Montessori Experience

The Junior Elementary years (Grades 1-3) are a time of expanding curiosity and imagination. What makes Montessori unique at this stage is its focus on helping students understand the big picture—how everything in the world is connected.

Experiential learning and guided discovery cultivate independence and critical thinking. Within multi-age environments, students strengthen collaboration, leadership, and empathy. Balancing freedom with responsibility, they develop confidence, purpose, and intrinsic motivation to learn.

What Sets Our Junior Elementary Program Apart

Individualized, Child-Centered Learning

Every child learns at their own pace and in their own way. In the Montessori environment, teachers carefully observe each student’s progress and guide them toward materials and activities that match their readiness and interests. The hands-on materials naturally lead children from concrete exploration to abstract understanding, fostering independence, confidence, and a genuine love of learning.

Enriched Academic Programming

Our Montessori curriculum goes beyond traditional expectations, offering a rich academic experience that encourages students to think deeply, explore broadly, and make meaningful connections across subjects.
